How long does it take to process an order?
Once you confirm your order our team quickly begins preparing it. We take up to 2 business days to process, pack and hand it over to our delivery partner. After dispatch your order will usually reach you within 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. You’ll also receive tracking details so you can easily follow your package until it arrives at your doorstep.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do offer international shipping. Please note that shipping charges will be additional and are calculated based on the weight of the product and destination country. The exact cost will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we do accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

- The original tag/card must remain attached to the item.
